My wife called from a dog trail site to complain about lack of heat in the front of the RV while she was roasting in the rear bedroom area (PC 3100).  This is only the second time using the furnace for heat.  Last year she mentioned this problem and I got a 4" disc to cover the furnace outlet feeding under the bed.  This time she opened the kitchen drawers under the stove and got blasted with warm air.

I pulled the two bottom drawers and found the 4" flex duct was cut in half and the flimsy piece of foil tape had long separated from holding the pieces together.  SO  the cut hose is now connected via 4" aluminum connector and heavy-duty HVAC foil tape.  Hopefully next Springs first trip will be defect free.

I've settled on mid-grade Top Tier gas.  My ScanGauge indicates 9 MPG on a one hour + drive.   The 7.3 RIPS compared to our previous 2013 Ford/Winnebago with the V-10.   I was cruising on the local Interstates at 65 mph+ and passing cars as needed.   I also changed out the Autolite plugs for NGK Ruthenium.... maybe a tiny bit smoother idle.

I used 3M Indoor/Outdoor 10lb. Velcro adhesive (1" x 1") strips to reattach my cover.  Three points across the top and one lower front.  It leaves a tiny 1/16" gap between the wall but isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it.  Don't bother with the Command Strips as you'll need a thicker fastener to allow for the flex in the luan wallboard and leather trim.

General Discussion / Re: Jack Pads for HWH Flip Down Jacks

I emailed Snap-Pads and they said they did not have any rectangular pads that fit the HWH 725 jack system.

While searching for the elusive docking light wiring and fuses I found the HWH power fuse (micro 20 and 5 amp) on the inside cab fusebox.  (photo attached)   The weird thing is after I pulled it out and cleaned the tabs, the fuse now wants to fall out at the slightest bump.

The docking light fuse location is another topic.   I don't have power to the switch on the lower dash.  Factory service said to drop the steering column lower cover but there is nothing there.  Nothing visible behind the Garmin docking station after it was removed.......?
