General Discussion / Problem with battery disconnect(s) - no power

I am a new Phoenix Cruiser owner (2008 2551, no slides).  I had a trickle charge cable connected to my house batteries and when I plugged it in, I lost all power in the coach and chassis.  Nothing when I turn the key.  The inverter flashes yellow (rapidly) and there is no change when I reset the charger button under the fridge, nothing when I reset the breaker in the generator, nothing when I reset the fuse behind the batteries.  I suspect a fuse - a master fuse, but I am new to this RV and new to RV's in general - any ideas?  I have read through many old posts and tried everything I could find, but no change.  I spoke with the RV repair guy that installed the trickle charge and he is convinced it is probably a battery disconnect or fuse issue.....any ideas on where to look?
