General Discussion / floor replacement on my 2010 2551

We own a 2010 Phoenix 2551and would like to replace the mixed carpet/vinyl floor with vinyl.  my local dealer claims that the slide must be removed to replace the floor and gave a $3600 estimate for the job. We are located in mid Michigan.  Any suggestions?

the strut screws on the rear access door on my 2551 keep pulling out-any suggestions?
