We have a new 2351d and are driving from CO to the factory on 1 Sep to have several issues addressed. allegedly they have all the parts. Hoping it works out because we haven't been able to use a lot of the features.

We bought a new 2351d from Campers Inn,Jacksonville, in April, it has been a total pain in the a**. We are driving from Colorado to the factory in August to attempt to fix the levelers and other items to include, awning, inverter, water heater, tv macerator, and door , guessing we will experience other issues based on what has happened.. Hoping our experience with Phoenix improves. Seems pretty crazy.

we just bought a new 2351 and the auto door lock will not work the door is shut, but we looked at several videos and it does not look too hard, have a guy coming on mondaty to put in a new one, its Bauer, we called then and the sent a now lock, what a pain though --good luck

We bought a 2021 2351 a few weeks ago. have had some issues and hoping to get it back from shop soon. also hope that this is not an indication of the future.
