Hi Everyone!
We made several updates to the forum over the last couple of weeks. We hope that this will eliminate some of your issues in logging in. Having said that, I have seen a record number of fake registrations during this time. Fortunately they were obvious and have been rejected.

Hi Guys!
It's hard to know why this is happening as each individual user and login attempt provides a different scenario. The ban is "automatic" and I do not see a way to remove the ban on individual usernames. However the frequency certainly increased after we raised our security with GoDaddy this past fall as the site was and continues to get hit with a high volume of suspect and malicious traffic. We want to resolve the hyper sensitive banning while maintaining the security.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to review and try to improve the experience without removing necessary security protocols.

Thank you for the engagement that you provide on this forum and we will continue to try to remedy the issue.

safe travels!

General Discussion / Re: Forum GoDaddy Server Update coming...
« on: February 10, 2023, 03:54:55 pm »
Hi Don and Patti,
That might be, but there was not explanation made to me as to why the site went offline temporarily. Fortunately, it was reported and our IT guys were able to "reboot" and get it back online.

So, the update was completed this week... hopefully did not cause too much disruption. If you find that the forum is ever down... if it is not back up within a day... please email me so that I can check into it.

safe travels all!!

General Discussion / Forum GoDaddy Server Update coming...
« on: January 10, 2023, 04:56:37 pm »
Hello Everyone!
I was just notified that GoDaddy will be updating the server that hosts the Forum sometime in the near future. We can not anticipate it there will be any impact and we do not have a scheduled date. Once we receive the notification that the update will happen, they put us in a queue and it happens automatically. There will be a brief time in which the forum will be down during the update. It should come back online once the server is rebooted.

If I get more details as to when this will happen, I will advise.

safe travels!!
Tina

General Discussion / Re: Glad we have a Phoenix Cruiser!
« on: January 08, 2023, 06:20:21 pm »
Happy New Year Everyone!
This is a great conversation! A couple quick thoughts to add to the conversation... thank you all for your continued support of the product. Thank you for your understanding of a production process that is dependent on every employee having a perfect day every day to insure a perfect product. That is absolutely the goal, but we sometimes fall short. Standing behind the product when we do fall short is a commitment that we have made.

While we would like to increase production, we continue to produce less than 100 per year. Controlled growth is our goal. To aid in the future growth, we have internalized some processes that were previously outsourced, and planning for some others, which will help us increase the control of quality on those items. This will lay the ground work for increasing production when the time is right.

We have increased our engineering team and hope to introduce some product changes that we have been working on this past year. These changes are born out of listening to the feedback about the product over the last few years.

Additionally, we are also planning on increasing our service schedule offering. Our service techs take a lot of pride in their work! They enjoy doing the annual maintenance, repairs or even renovating of older PCs. Since we typically book far out, we recognize the need for more capacity.

This give you a little insight as to what we are working on in 2023!

We hope that you enjoy your travels!!

General Discussion / Re: A new video with Tina
« on: February 26, 2022, 11:27:02 am »
Hi Guys!
thanks for the share! That is correct, the mattress folds over when the slide comes in and access to the bathroom is clear. I attached a pic of a coach with the slide in... We did decide to keep the thicker mattress as the standard and the cabinets on coaches in the line now clear it. The length of the mattress is about 6-8 inches longer than the original mattress and does hang over the base, but finding the taller guys are preferring that... but the shorter mattress can still be ordered.

safe travels!

General Discussion / Re: Balancing Black and Grey While Boodocking
« on: February 16, 2022, 01:10:17 pm »
Hi Bob..
sorry about my slow update... I was correct that the 2552 tank has not recently changed. It is the same tank as the 2400. The brochure has an error and is being corrected.
I'm sorry for any confusion,
Tina

Hi Bob
I'm going to double check the specifications with my tech on Monday... we have not made any physical changes to the 2552 grey tank in long time. If the specifications show an error, I will confirm and correct the data.
thank you

Hi everyone!
I happened to see this thread and thought I would jump in... yes, there are a handful of Phoenix Cruisers that were produced prior to us having the ability to install the Garmin and it make sure that it effectively works with our upgraded steering wheel controls. We worked with Garmin over several months to get to the point in which we can install it in production. We do have to modify the dash and there are special brackets and connectors needed to install the components. At this time, we do it at the plant in production and in our service department. However, it can not be done at a dealership currently. That could change if we (along with Garmin) can develop an "install" kit that would provide the dealer all of the items and instructions needed to do an effective install.

Replacement radios etc can be easy in general... the tricky part here is how this system works with the steering controls. That is not yet a plug and play situation. If we get to a point that a kit is available, I will definitely post and let everyone know.

safe travels!!

General Discussion / Re: Service
« on: October 30, 2021, 11:08:52 pm »
Hi Guys!
I have heard the similar stories about service departments holding a customer's coach until they can "get to it" and sometimes taking months. One of the reasons we book out in advance is so that you know when you bring in the coach, we are going to work on it. Some jobs may require more than a few days of work and so that customer may opt to leave it with us for a few weeks. But rarely do we have a coach for months unless a customer is looking for a major renovation.
I'm in full agreement that we need more Doug and Dannys! for those of you that have worked with them, you do know they are special and hard to duplicate.... but we are trying to add to their team :-)

As far as anyone having difficulty getting a call back, if that ever happens, you can email me and I will follow up for you.

safe travels!
