General Discussion / Leaking under bathroom floor in 2551
« on: November 15, 2018, 11:44:24 am »
I'm new to the Forum.  I picked up my 2009 Phoenix Cruiser 2551 in June and used it in June and July with no problems.  I went full-time in it August 1 and no problem until September 1 when I noticed water seeping from between the floorboards in the bathroom in front of the toilet and into the bedroom area.  I had it back to the factory and a leak in the toilet was found and fixed and we assumed that solved the problem.  Since then it has leaked sporadically. I had no leaking the first 6 nights and then it started again,  It doesn't seem to matter how level I am or what the water pressure is.  I have used a water pressure regulator with a gauge set at 45 psi and 35 psi.  The leaking seems less if I fill my fresh water tank and use the water pump than if I use the city water connection.  At this point, I'm 1000 miles away from the factory on my way to Texas for the winter.  I have communicated with the factory and they feel it might be a bad Anderson valve.  There is also now leaking into the outside storage drawer on the passenger side.  There is no leaking under the vanity or kitchen sink.  Has anyone had any thing similar?  Any ideas?
