General Discussion / Dinette Table top Replacement

I have a PC 2100-2005, and the dinette tabletop that acts as a support for the bed, has broken.  It is solid maple laminated together, 29"x30"x7/8".  I can cut one down.  Does anyone know where to get a replacment top?  Thanks.

Has anyone replaced the Drainmaster Valves for the waste tanks with Manual Valves?  This seems like a prudent idea to me.  Thanks.

I have a Phoenix Cruiser 2005, with 12Volt operated drain valves for the gray and black water tanks.  The gray tank valve will  not open.  The manufacturer's site does not offer any wiring diagrams, etc.  Does anyone know where decent diagrams are located, or have any advice how to troubleshoot?  Thanks.

Hello, I just purchased a used 2005 PC 2100.  It was not purchased by the orgiinal owner until August 2007.  Once I got the motorhome to my place of residence, I checked with Ford and they said the warranty was good, bumper to bumper for the Ford portion, until August 2010.  So it depends when the unit is actually sold.  I have been looking for a motorhome for over a year, so I have asked people all kinds of questions, one,is there harmful effects of a rig not being driven and just sitting.  As far as the mechanical side, everyone I spoke with, said that there is no harmful effects to the motor, etc.  One thing I missed when I looked at mine prior to purchasing, was the roof.  I'm in contact with the factory and it may not be an issue at all, but I've noticed several areas where the fiberglass exterior was not attached to the substrate under it.  Tires could degrade from the sun, depending on where the unit was stored.  Good luck.

Thanks for your reply.  I checked the roof again today to get a little better idea of the situation, and I notice that the problem is the worse where the roof rounds down to the sidewalls.  There is quite a bit of separation along this rounded corner from roof to sidewall, and then a few areas where it is separated on the flat portions of the roof.  I don't have a copy of the warranty, but I doubt it is covered, I'm more interested in what I can do to make sure this doesn't become a future issue.  Regarding the warranty, my motorhome still has the Ford 3 year 36,000 miles on the chassis, and this is good until August of 2010.  The motorhome doesn't appear to have been abused, and it only has 16,000 miles on it, so it has seen reasonably little use.  Do you or anyone have an email for the warranty or construction branch of Phoenix Cruiser?  Thanks again.

On the roof of the Phoenix Cruiser that I just purchased, I noticed there is a small section of roof, approximately 12inches by 30 inches where the exterior surface of the roof is not attached to the structure underneath.  There is a noticeable void between the roof exterior white material, which I assume is fiberglass, and the underneath material.   Is this common, or should I attempt to rectify the void?  Thanks.

General Discussion / Model 2100 Winterization-antifreeze into system??

I just purchased a 2005 Phoenix Cruiser 2100, and it now resides in Northern Idaho, so I need to winterize it.  Is there a way to pump antifreeze into the lines without putting the antifreeze into the main water tank.  On my Trail lite trailer, there is a "T" and a valve on the intake line to the water pump, which allows you to turn off flow from the main water tank and pump right from a gallon of antifreeze.  Also, are flat screen tvs and DVD players subject to damage at very low temperatures?  Should they be removed?  On occassion we can get very cold, -15F, not often though.  Thanks for any suggestions.
