I have a new, unused accordion door for a 2350.

Has anyone installed the See Level black/grey/fresh water/lpg tank sensors on a PC? If so, what model did you use?

Another plus for driver-side window awning--privacy. We would not be without the awning for sun protection, but in closely spaced RV sites, the awning blocks views in while allowing you to see out and still get light and fresh air in.

Tips and Tricks / Bathroom shelf for Model 2350
« on: May 09, 2018, 06:08:11 pm »
My wife, Susan, designed and we built a handy TP holder and shelf to fit in the space between the shower and sink in our 2350. Took some fitting since the walls are curved, but it is tightly wedged in place and required no screws to hold it.

Just a comment on the spare tire issue. Several years ago we had a flat on our PC, called Good Sam and they sent a tow/repair truck right out. The truck driver-owner was a petite lady, 8-months pregnant. She did not want my help and quickly and apparently easily changed the tire and sent us on our way.

Trying to post with attachment. Attachment size is 101kb. Get error message "max size is 240kb" Last I knew 101 is less than 240, what am I doing wrong?

We are going to be at Yuma Lakes RV resort January 18-25. We have a 2014 2350 with no slide but would be happy to show it off if it isn't too far below your interest level.

General Discussion / Re: Optional Window Awnings
« on: August 21, 2016, 01:16:36 pm »
We have had the optional window awning on both of our PC's and on earlier motorhomes and travel trailers. They do help somewhat with keeping the interior cooler. They also block your long distance view. For us, however, the main advantage is privacy in close quarters. They block the view into the coach without the need to close both the window and the curtains for privacy.

General Discussion / Re: LED light problems
« on: July 10, 2016, 07:44:54 pm »
We have a 2014 2550 and have had a similar problem since it was picked up at the factory. Two of the strip lights  turned off at random times our first night, the factory replaced them the next day but on our way home they and the other two resumed their random behavior. We still live with the problem. We posted a query on the forum with no response. Our strip lights over the bed and over the sofa have led reading lights at each end. By chance, we found if one of these is left on with the strip light, the strip light usually will stay on. But why, we don't know. Hope someone has an answer.

We are in Reno, not too close to you but if you ever travel north we would be happy to show you our 2014 2350. It has no slide out and was special ordered with two Euro chairs and a pocket table instead of a dinette or the standard table--we think it is great! It is our second 2350, we had a 2006 with a slide out but our new one is much better for us. We will probably be in the Las  Vegas area or maybe northern Arizona next March or April and could possibly meet you in that area.

General Discussion / Heater/Air Conditioner, 2014 2350
« on: August 11, 2015, 07:09:31 pm »
On our last trip out, we needed the furnace one morning and when the digital thermostat was moved to the "furnace" position, both the heater and air conditioner came on at the same time. After several failed tries to get just the heater, I turned the air conditioner off at the breaker panel and the heater worked fine. On previous trips, each unit has worked independently just fine.
Anybody have a clue as to what may be the problem?

General Discussion / Re: DC power Use and Store switch
« on: July 10, 2015, 07:23:33 pm »
Don't know if this will help any, but we had all kinds of problems with the solenoid on our 2006 Model 2350 PC. Awakened one night with the strong odor of burning wires, we found the solenoid had fried itself. Our RV repair shop could find no problems, and we replaced the solenoid. Over the period of a few months we had to replace the solenoid two more times. No one, including Kermit, had any ideas about the reason for the failures. Finally, we replaced the solenoid with a heavy duty rotary switch mounted in the compartment where the solenoid was originally placed. No problems after that. So far, our new 2014 2350 PC has not shown this problem--we keep out fingers crossed!

Thanks to everybody for your replies. I now know a lot more about the workings of the little white switch.
