General Discussion / Re: Problems with Norcold refrigerator door
« on: August 05, 2013, 09:48:47 pm »
I’ve read that Norcold offers a door hinge retro kit to “prevent” the door hinges from breaking. Has anyone tried this preventative measure? How many miles (or months) does it take for the hinges to fail? We’re taking a 4000 mile trip soon and I’d hate to have the door fall off in the middle of Montana…

General Discussion / Satellite TV hookup?
« on: February 17, 2013, 06:54:08 pm »
I’m over 13, so I am pretty sure that hooking up my satellite TV will be a never ending puzzle unless I get some help from one or more you… PLEASE! I've tried and... and not much happened!
I have a Direct TV receiver, a KVH Trac Vision and a Samsung television in my 2013 PC. Does anyone have step by step instructions on getting the three “married up” so I can start enjoying DIRECTV when I am out on the road?
Any help would be appreciated…

Hi – I’m new to winter camping, just purchased a new PC 2552 and will be camping and traveling  across northern Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico and northern Arizona on our way to Phoenix. My question – will the chassis heater and /or the coach furnace (with the tank heater) be sufficient to keep us from having cold weather plumbing problems?  :)
