Has anyone installed an inverter on on older PC that only has the converter.  (Wife wants to watch TV while we drive)  I will also need more than the single battery.  Suggestions?

If it is strictly for the TV while you are going down the road go to Radio Shack and buy a cheap inverter that plugs into a 12V plug.  This will run your TV and not hurt the battery as you are charging it while you're driving.  You can get a lot more complicated and spend $1,000.00+++ but don't need to.  This is all we did in something like 2004.

SO Stuart, when do we get to see these new colors and the secret new model?

starting in the next few weeks pictures should go up with the new colors.  no new secret floorplans........just a lot of changes on the inside.  Changes customers have made over the last couple years that we have decided to make standard.

PAINT IS THE SAME 2009,10 & 11.  FOR 2012 THERE WILL BE BIG CHANGES!!!!!

I just went out to my 2010 PC 2350 full body paint - Umber and check under the hood and the drivers door fame. I did not see any paint codes. Then I got out the four bottles of touch up paint that came with my PC. On the bottles is written "Phoenix Beige #1", "Phoenix Beige #2", "Phoenix Beige #3" and "Phoenix Beige #4". Not much help but in the bag was a sticker which might be one one that should have been put under the hood.  I think that 2009 thru 2011 all had the same paint colors.
The sticker reads:
Phoenix Beige 2009
#1 68U Sand
#2 C21 Woodland Br. Met.
#3 314F5 Brown Met.
#4 357G1 Grey Met.
I don't see and Grey on my motorhome but I do see some black stripes. You can see my PC in Adventures Anywhere, it's the brown one.
I hope your paint shop can makes heads or tails of these codes.

Welcome, Tusocks!!!!  You'll be VERY happy with Phoenix, --- We are on our second, a 2552, after owning a 2350.  Looked at just about everything in the 23-25 foot range, in US & Canada, and came back to PC --- the product is just too good, many "standard" features are options on others, and the entire staff can't be beat.  If I ever decide on another RV, it'll be a Phoenix for sure.  As far as pricing, talk to Stuart --- he will be fair.

Kermit is trying to get a hold of Carol to find out.  We used a couple different  ones and he wants to be sure to send you the correct one.  Please let me know by email if you CAN NOT wait until the 18th.

Billy, I too have few complaints about our 2400---other than the uncomfortable barrel chairs which we are trying to replace.

 It's a personnel problem!  I realize that many people posting here have had a great buying experience. However, this is not the case for others.

Since I like being on this site, I won't risk being removed by listing the other RV forums on the net that you can visit.   

  If you are refering to the people on SMUG something then we are very aware.  Kermit thought about taking legal action agaisnt them but then decided not to.  Anyone that would believe 1/2 of the crap this guy posts we would not want as a customer.

In the last 10 years we might have built 10 21' no-slide motorhomes.  We would also NEVER build a motorhome that was not sold without a slide out.  98% of RV'S built today have slides and that is what people mostly want.
Our business has been record setting (the good way) since we went factory direct.  We try to build open inventory but usualy sell it before it hits the end of the assembly line.  I guess in ways this is a good problem.  We could increase production but Kermit will not allow us as he feels it takes down the quality and increases problems.
If anyone wants to see a certain model please check with me as I might have a customer close that would be willing to show theres.  I pay $500.00 to anyone that shows there coach and helps me sell a new Phoenix.

;)When you have a problem with you Phoenix regardless if you are in or out of warranty you should call Kermit at the plant.  574-266-2020.  He knows more about anything on these motor homes than anybody else including most of the time the people that manufacture the parts.  If he cant help you on the spot he will be the first to tell you.  (probably will never happen as if he does not have the answer he probably wont sleep until he does).

With that said, please call him instead of talking to people that don't care and don't know.

 2o2Remember I am selling these things direct now.  I need you guys happy and telling other people how great we are!

We have a 2007 2551 that we really like- we downsized from a Bluebird Wanderlodge and don't miss it a bit.  We are having an issue that someone else might be experiencing and would like to correct the problem.   When our generator is running the items that are powered by the inverter ( i.e. satellite, mircrowave) go off and on repeatedly when we are trying to use them- needless to say, the satellite tv never can download or work properly.  Of course when the generator is running we don't have the inverter on so this is a puzzle.

 .....Just checked with Kermit as to your problem.  Not sure he understands your problem and asked that you give him a call at the plant 574-266-2020.  Best time to catch him is between 3-5pm.
