Hot water heater wouldn't fire on propane. Thank goodness it did work on electric.
City water ran strong for about 30 seconds then slowed to a trickle. Filled the water tank and used the pump.
On the last day of the trip the door latch failed and we couldn't open the door. Thank goodness it failed on the last day. Climbing over the driver and passenger seat is no fun.
Looks like I have a few repairs to make.

It's like the saying goes: If you didn't have bad luck you wouldn't have any luck at all. Sorry to hear your misfortunes. Between yard work and our RV. I don't know which one keeps me busier. I try to do preventive maintenance so stuff don't happen on the road. Good luck fixing you RV.

Been there as well. Some times your the windshield sometimes your the bug. You were lucky with it being the end of the trip.
Yesterday I went to fill the water tank and after 15 gallons I see water coming out the tool storage area behind the battery box. The hose that goes to the tank had split open. Pretty much nothing more than a 1 1/4” pool vacuum hose. As Rosanne Rosanna Danna says. “It just goes to show ya, it’s always something!”
We head out tomorrow, our planned 10-12,000 mile 3 month trip has been whittled down to 3 weeks.

I can relate to broken thingies. Last Saturday while opening the rear compartment behind the ladder, my door support strut ripped out of the door. Actually, both struts are ripped out of the door now. I am starting a fix to replace the hinges that screw into the door today.
That’s a real bummer on your end. The water heater is kinda necessary.

Well, they are all pretty easy fixes hopefully.
Depending on how handy you are, there is a "permanent" fix for the side door latch. Check out latchfix.com
It's fairly easy... Watch his video to see if you want to tackle the job.
The city water issue sounds like a problem at the park pedestal or a plugged filter or pressure regulator.
The propane issue may also be easy. Depending on if you turn off the propane valve for storage, the propane line may just need a few tries to remove any air in the line. You can also open the outside water heater front and have someone look for a spark by the propane burner. DO NOT HAVE THEM LEAN IN NEAR THE BURNER! You should be able to see or hear the spark clicking from a few feet back. Could be lots of other stuff too, but the quick checks might all work.

So far so good with our PC's rear storage compartment door, but I feel those struts introduce a lot of stress on such a door. There is not enough meat on that door.

Ron, is it possibly done for weight savings or just cost savings?
Yesterday the inlet to fill my fresh water tank split. It’s basically a couple feet of pool vacuum type hose 1 1/4” ID. When I removed it I found where it connects to the outside fill the connection is a bit smaller so they wrapped thread tape over and over to add an additional 1/8”. It did the job I guess and being the tank side is an actual 1 1/4” OD they needed that size hose. You’d think over the years the parts manufacturers would learn to communicate with each other?

So true. I really didn’t understand why PC felt the need for such a strong strut. However, I exercised a bit of creativity in the fasteners I used. I upped the diameter of the screw 2 sizes to account for the slop left by the previous fastener damage. Went with a 12 X 3/4 gutter fastener. It’s not perfect but it is SOLID as a rock and smooth again. Now to finish off filling the extra hole you see in the photo.
