If I'm off base Aimee let me know? Have a question regarding voting under "California non-profit mutual benifit corporation "

Since you're a regular poster and not an advertiser, I don't mind the post. Don't argue an issue here, but looking for a skilled professional is fine with me.  2o2

No, we belong to a private park and having a written vote. I wanted to find out our non- profit should count the vote. If you do not send in you ballot, how is that voted counted. In park Sierra its a no vote.
