Here's any easy way to make some great tasting meals. 
When we were in FL this winter the Winn Dixie had these http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Recipe-Inspirations.aspx on sale for $1.00 a package.

I tried about 6 of these premeasured spices and recipe card.  They are all very good but the Chicken Marsala is the best I've tasted.  If you are only cooking for two then you can just use half of the spices and save the rest for another time.

The best part is you now have the recipe and can make up your only little spice packs from your supply of spices at home.

If you are ever going though central Iowa, the  two big supermarkets here ( hy-vee and dahl's) have them too.
