At the Irish wedding reception the DJ yelled:

"Would all married men please stand next to the one person who has made your life worth living."

The bartender was almost crushed to death.

Stories like this are probably why the Irish pubs were traditional places to hold wakes, including a room with a bed for the corpse being celebrated.  Much more convenient for husbands who make the mistake in the joke if their wife sees him do it.
