Title: modifications

I recently went to the factory to have some modifications to my 2003 Phoenix.  Kermit helped me with the change ideas and it was done in a few hours and at a reasonable cost .  I love it!  Thanks to Kermit, his employees and office staff-they are all great folks.  :)(:

New, not so new, older, real old, lightly used, well used, very used, we are all family here.  Welcome!

Glad to read on a continuing basis that the factory helps out new owners purchasing older units.......without gouging them.

Us insiders already know this, but it says a lot to anyone on the outside who is considering a new or used PC.
