Depending on where you live, how it's stored, and how often you use it, you will want to either inspect it yourself or have a shop you trust inspect the roof for sealant/caulking around all the things that protrude through the ceiling.  If it's out in the sun a lot, the caulking can dry out and you get leaks around your shower skylight, pipe vents, or ceiling air vents.  Cleaning off the old caulking and applying fresh material is a fairly easy job.  The professionals just make it look neater.

Not being into the do it yourself movement to the extent of most of the forum members, I use my detail man on the roof cleaning and waxing itself and Razorback RV for my caulking and sealing needs. It would be fatal for either me or my RV roof if I got up there wandering around.
