Title: Forum will be closed for maintenance July 4th

Our little forum has grown in activity (reader more than poster) to the point that we need to move over to a bigger, better, faster, more server of our own.  During this time, the site will be down for a period of hours, while we wait on DNS to reconcile, and all the rest of it.

When we get back up, we should be able to notice a much more rapid response time from the forum.  (cheer)
