On our 2nd trip in the 2551, the latch on the cabinet over the sink would not function. On Monday, 6/20/2011 at 2:30 PM, we called the factory to get a replacement latch. Carol leaves at 2:00 so we left a message on her voicemail and followed it up with a call on Tuesday morning.
Today, we received the latch as well as the 30# gas shock that we needed. Two days later!!!
Customer Service at the factory is 2nd to none!! They ALL are so responsive to the needs of their customer. We can not thank them enough - Amanda, Karen, Carol and Kermit. You are super!!

I had broke a cabinet latch on my 2007 in my second year of ownership. I asked PC-USA if I could purchase a dozen latches. They sent them at no charge. That was really nice. Since then, we have broken another latch, so it is good to have spares. I keep them in the RV tool box.
During my warranty period, I wanted to buy a couple extra interior cabinet door knobs, one specifically for the access door to the inverter. They sent them free.
Some time in the year after my warranty was over, I made that battery shield, so I wanted to purchase a new battery tray. Same story there.
Now that a number of years have passed, they charge me for things I request, but at their cost with no mark-up. What other motor home manufacture would do business like that? One more reason to own a Phoenix Cruiser.

I called about a broken latch and Carol is sending a half-dozen.
And some people might wonder why we just bought our 3rd PC.

When I share with outsiders about all this as one more good reason to put a Phoenix Cruiser on their list of considerations, they think I'm making it all up. A couple people even had the nerve to say I'm lying because they think I work for Phoenix USA. What can I say about that? (WH) (WH) (WH)
Their loss.

When I tell some of our friends about how well Phoenix Cruiser is to work with they also
think I'm full of it. (WH) Don't believe me.

So what if they don't believe you? It's the truth (we're handing out a few PC brochures on our travels in response to people's questions about ours).
