I have the HWH 325 series and having problems. Most time one or more levers will not come down. The way I understand it you push the top and bottom arrows which will bring down the stands. Then from there follow the lights. Which side or front to level. Biggest problem stands do not come down?

The up arrow deploy the levelers and raises the side selected. The down arrow is to lower the coach and retract/store the levelers.
Pressing both up and down arrows at the same time does ?????????????????????????.

Can not help here. I just could not justify the expense. I have found most camping spots are pretty level and only require one corner of the mh to be raised. One manual leveler board and 3 minutes of my time and we are even. I have the same feeling about levelers as Ron has about ladders. I guess that is why this country is so great, we are all entitled to our opinions. 2o2

Maybe I could be more clear. I do not press both at the same time! I understand the system the jack do not deploy all the time.I understand they are to be deployed and from there follow the lights on the diagram. They don't always COME DOWN!

I took me several instructions readings to "get it"; side to side first and then fore and aft. If you have a jack that doesn't come down or won't stay down (my current state) more than likely you have a solenoid valve problem.
Hope I read this right.

Thanks LG, I emailed Kermit and we'll see what they have to say.
It also took me some time to get a custom to the arrows. The other Class A you used the down arrow to make the lever go down. pyho

It took me awhile to figure the arrows out as well --- the arrows are for the RV, not the jacks (the "up" arrow causes the jacks to go down, causing the RV to go up - at least on my 2011) confusing...
What did Kermit say about the jack not dropping? Is it a solonoid?

Hi Jack, Kermit suggested I call the folks that installed them. After a talk he decided the actuator (solenoid) was bad. I ended up raising all the stand and tried again. The rear passenger stand did not deploy. I used my awning pole, pushed it down and WOW they worked a described. I need to go thru all the BS of factory and all that stuff. >(

If it's under warranty, I would humbly suggest doing whatever to get it in and have it done under warranty. Mine is $400 worth of gas to get the solenoid replaced.

UGH ---- !!! Hope mine work okay.... BTW, another RVer told me of a case where they had the jacks down & lightening hit the RV (through the TV antenna) and besides frying everything in the RV, the jacks froze down!!! They had to somehow haul the RV with jacks down to the shop... a real mess....

Jack, I think your friend was funning you. If you drive forward, the jack will fold up. If you go under the motorhome and release the pressure at the pump, the jacks will retract. I have never had to release the pressure, but I have forgotten to raise the jacks and drove off them. >( Very loud bang, scared the you know what out of me. :'( No damage to the jacks.

Unless the guy has really crappy a.. insurance, lightning should be covered. Word to the wise from this insurance guy. Make sure you have good rv policy and do not add your mh to your auto policy. An auto policy is for autos and not 70,000 dollar mh's. They are beasts of a different kind.'

I have Good Sam? I hope it's worth it. BTY, doing some work on the back-end under the coach. I needed to raise the jacks, made some measurements and then deployed the jacks. NOW the front passenger would not go down but the rear passenger did. Two days ago it was just the opposite? Going to call the fellows that installed them tomorrow. I may not have a solenoid problem?

Tom --- I thought the jacks WOULD retract when going forward --- he said they were welded ? in place??? Not sure of that one ---BTW, not a "friend" rather a know-it-all -about RV, camping, etc., (and I guess any other subject one would bring up!!!) :lol

Jack, the jacks bracket is welded to the frame of the motorhome. If you drive off them they fold because of the springs, but they are still pressurized and will not retract. You will still need to retract them before going very far.

UPDATE:
Took mine in this morning at 10:00 AM for a two hour solenoid valve replacement on the jack that won't stay down, even overnight. Will call when ready, only two hours but probably better not wait. Six and 15 after the hour in the PM and still have not heard from them.
Sure glad I didn't wait!

P.S. That lightning story is scary. There is a whole package of electronics in a big plexiglass box (with flashing lights even) on the back of the pump, does look to be well sealed with silicone gaskets, but I would like to be sitting before they quote a cost to replace after a lightning strike.

Well two hours has turned into two days (and no word, yet), bet Camperland has a feel for why they got the job, instead of me doing it.

UPDATE: Today picked it up.
Had it on jack for 18 hours at the dealer and viola, working jacks. It's in the street for my own test - so far so good.
