Who has sleeved their hose and do you feel that it has helped reduce leaks due to abrasion? I'm new to a PC and RVs...I figure with a brand new hose sleeving sooner would be easier, but wanted to see everyone's experience.

Mine is a 2019 2552 with moderate use.
I have not sleeved my Sanicon hose and don't remember seeing much (or any) discussion of sleeving on this forum.
I haven't used my unit heavily, so perhaps you'll get answers from some who have. I've been reasonably careful with the hose when I use it and in folding it back in the unit, and there have been no issues to date. The hose still appears to be in good shape.
I know there have been some previous postings here regarding hose replacement, but I don't recall cost or difficulty--I doubt either would be unreasonable. That being the case, there may be an argument for just using the Sanicon hose with some care, and replacing it if and when it does fail.

I replaced my OEM hose with a Valterra SS01 RV SewerSolution Drainage Kit with 10' Hose and Accessories. It is a much better way to dump your sewerage.
It has a clear hose that allows you to see what is being passed through the hose. It is not necessary to install the jet pulverizer nozzle. And I added a 2" hot tub hose, a 2" 90 and 2' more hot tub hose prior to the Valterra 10' hosw
Here are some pictures of the install. It has worked flawlessly for the past 2 years.

Zolman: Did you install this as a replacement for your macerator pump? What are the advantages? Thanks!

The advantages are:
1. The Valterra hose is a sturdier hose that is much less susceptible to puncture, abrasion or leaking.
2. The hose is transparent so you can observe the sewage flow and color change.
3. The plastic sewer cap is treaded and easily/securely be put into a site sewer line fitting.
4. The hose end has a removable 90 degree fitting that can be removed so that the hose can put down a dump site pipe.
No my macerator pump is the original pump. I've never had an issue with it. At first I thought I'd bypass it with a 3" sewer hose, but the more I have used the macerator the more I like it. I've never had to use the 3" bypass due to a macerator failure.
But I did have an issue with the original Sanicon sewer hose. It started leaking, plus you could not see the water in it to make sure the hose was empty before it was stored. After the leaking started is when I changed to the Valterra hose plus the other additions I mentioned in the previous post.
With this altered/combined setup I don't even have to wear gloves or rinse out the hose. I wait until the sewage water is completely pumped out of the black and gray tanks, flush the tanks until the water in the lines is completely clear, then lift the hose off the ground until I observe all the water is drained from the hose and then store the hose.
PS my 3100 gets a lot of usuage. I annually take 10k - 12k of trips a year. We will usually spend well over 90 days a year in our PC. The sewer setup we have is really convenient when we use a Fly J sewer dump. It takes me less time to dump the tanks then to fill my gas tank.

Wow, Thanks Zolman for this good info!
I will come back to this thread at the first sign of issue with my current hose.
Sounds like a great solution.

Looks great. My only issue would be it’s too short. I’ve had several campgrounds where it takes every bit of stretch from the factory hose. I don’t understand the need for the clear hose. I can tell when it’s time to switch from the black to the grey tank just by sound and watching the hose react.

I sleeved my Sanicon hose when I first got my unit. Seemed relatively inexpensive and I don't have to worry about dragging the hose on concrete/asphalt and wearing holes in the thin plastic. It's worked fine for over 2 years now.
This is what I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016ZZU95Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

A clear hose helps:
1. To visually know when all the black tank solids have been removed while flushing the tank.
2. Prior to storing the hose to visually know that all the pockets of water have been drained.
3. It is more durable and easier to store the the original Sanicom hose.

I lift the end an inch and can see the color of the water. Once I’ve drained the black tank I drain the gray which flushes the hose and again I simply raise the end an inch an see that it’s clear. In all the years and 80,000 miles of road trips in the PC I have never had black coming out at the end of draining the gray tank. I’m obviously missing something but if a clear hose helps you see what I can’t see just raising the end maybe I’m dumber than I care to admit. Lord knows it wouldn’t be the first time !
I do understand that a shorter hose would be easier to store. I just have issue with a shorter hose. I’ve needed every bit it would stretch several times.
