I sent an email to the parts department and got an immediate response from Dave Ponsler. I received his response on Monday and have have my part today, Friday. heartshower He knew the part that I needed for our Stow Away Screen door and sent it to me right away. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received especially since the rv industry doesn’t have a great reputation. I can’t express how much I am appreciative of his quick response. I am extremely happy that we bought a Phoenix Cruiser!!111

These are surely crazy times concerning part shortages and customer service across every industery. Glad you were well taken care of.

I emailed an invoice for approved work by local RV service company to PC for reimbursement. It was approved in 5 minutes, and check was in my mailbox in 5 days! Outstanding service!
