Title: 2552 Pantry Drawer Slides

Hello folks,
One of the drawers in the pantry was meeting resistance when closing it.
I looked behind the drawer. It looked like a spring in the slide had popped out and was deformed.
Has anyone tried to replace a slide in the very narrow pantry?

I haven't changed a drawer slide but I am curious, are your drawer soft close?

No they are not.  I wonder how the drawer slides were installed in the narrow space at Phoenix.
