Has anyone replaced the cushion foam and if so what density and material worked
Also seeing how realistic it would be to replace foam in fold out couch bed.
2005 2100.
Thank you

I have done it on previous RV's. I went to a shop in Las Vegas that specializes in foam material. They helped me pick the density and cut it to my specs. Upholstery shops want more money than the foam shops do. I understand because they are the middle person.

I am not suggesting you do this, only sharing what we did with our original dinette cushions and our satisfaction afterwards.
Back in 2007, we ordered our PC with the standard cloth dinette cushions pictured here. The dinette looked nice but we found the cushions to be too soft and clingy. Me with my 180 pound body, my rump bottomed-out making it uncomfortable. Both of us felt stuck in the cushions. It was impossible to slide in and out from the dinette. We lifted-and-shifted ourselves to shift weight or change position. Simply stated, it wasn't working for us.

After about 5 years dealing with that, I had the opportunity to purchase Phoenix-made vinyl upgraded cushions which have a much more dense foam with a thin surface layer of memory foam. The over-all thickness is a bit less than the original cushions, which provides a little more elbow room. These cushions are very solid. We sit on them, not in them. Being vinyl, we also slide in and out with ease. This was one of our better changes to our PC. Our dinette has been so much more comfortable since making the change. The few times I slept on the dinette (due to illness) it is also much better to sleep on.
