I know the black and gray tank sensors can get dirty and give you false readings but now my battery readings are false, I am only getting 1 light but with volt meter measuring 13.19V while plugged in. Could there be a loose or bad connection somewhere or a bad panel?

This fixes all the problems. At least it did on our 2910. Maybe overkill for what you’re worried about but worth considering.

Will did you install your own or have it done? And if I may ask, what was you total cost?

The led bar graph driver chip is basically a string of voltage comparators (see fig.3 in link).
If you can pull the monitor panel loose, inspect the solder joints where the 12v wires connect to the circuit board and measure the input voltage. If it matches the 13.19v you are measuring at the other point, the driver chip could be bad, or there could be a cracked solder joint on the circuit board. Try pressing on the chip and led display to see if there’s a bad solder joint. Then either replace the panel, or if you have a magnifying glass and soldering iron, remove and inspect the circuit board and try touching up any cracked joints or solder voids.

GARMP, I did the install myself so the only cost was for the system. As I recall it was reasonable. The installation is pretty easy, it uses the existing wiring to the tanks. There are some considerations for sensor placement, if you are interested you should download and review the install manual before buying. You just need to be able to crawl under the coach and access the sides of the tanks.
