Title: Awning strut model/serial number

  Having some issues deploying patio awning. RV Repair Guy did some adjusting and lubing but says we need a front strut. I wrote down some numbers and tried to take a picture..very out of focus. Can anyone verify this number so I can order?..

    Installation manual has no strut info (all about the remote control and vibration  sensor) but covers Dometic Power Pro Awning models in the 33165 range (4 models). Cannot seem to cross-ref it online to a strut. Cartridge measures 16.5:, extended about 27". I realize not everyone has this model awning. Thanks.

Obviously you could call Dometic and there is a place called panther RV Products that has Dometic parts.

I just noticed you are in Ft. Wayne... Stop by the PC factory in Elkhart, I will bet they can at least tell you what you need and probably the part number too.

I had one of the struts go bad and PC shipped one to me when I was in FL. Very simple to intstall since it is full extended when you do it. Don't loose any spacers or clips.

I found the number for the one I bought for about $40 direct from PC.
