Just left the mothership a couple of days ago. Had some cabinet work done and other misc and just had to say that Doug & Danny are pure gold!!! They make a superior product stellar. After a couple of days on the road there after DW read on FaceBook that Carol the parts goddess retired. Will surely miss her.
Thanks again to all.

Well, If I am reading/understanding this correctly, this explains why the ladder I ordered from Carol has not shipped.

Carol retired? Good for her; I hope she has many happy, healthy years in retirement. She was amazing at her job and I wish the best for whom ever took her spot. They have some monstrous shoes to fill.

Agreed!
Thank you Carol for helping me get what I needed (and simply wanted) during the past 14 years. I sincerely appreciated your consideration, determination, and kindness. I too wish you many healthy and happy years in your retirement. I hope Phoenix gave you a PC as a retirement gift. :lol

According to a contact at PC, Carol did not retire. She is no longer doing parts but doing purchasing. She was doing the job of more than one person so they now made her responsible for purchasing. Apparently someone else is doing parts.
Carol is great at whatever she does so I wish her well in her new role but I will miss talking to her when ordering parts. She is the nicest person and was exceptional at getting the parts that are needed!

Interesting, wonder when they will start answering the phone and/or returning messages then. Been waiting for a ladder for sometime. I have Carol the info and payment but crickets since then.

I have the same situation with a Lagun table. Been on order a long time.

Hi All!!
Yes, that is correct, parts are being handled by Dave Ponsler... the best way to order parts is through the website by going to owner resources, then parts department and then click on parts request.
I know how frustrating it may be when required to leave a voice mail. The guys are on the phone for most of the day and or away from their desk if tracking down parts. Please be patient, your requests are VERY important to us. It was evident that Carol could not keep up, as hard as she tried. I believe that now that the responsibilities are being divided, as soon as the "backlog" is caught up, the response time should improve.
as always... thank you very much for your support!!
all the best!!

Well if Carol has been moved to a different department I hope it was a promotion. I feel she has certainly earned one.

I was contacted by them today by phone and email. Hopefully I will receive my ladder soon. SO EXCITED. Lol
