Title: Connexx system - 2552

I attempted a search but didn't see anything.  I need help to figure out how this works.  Unfortunately, No one went thru how to operate this when I bought the unit.  I cannot find any videos regarding this.  Perhaps someone has run into this same issue.

You NEED to call the factory and/or the dealer who delivered the unit.  The only thing I can find on Google is something that deals with hearing aids.

I found a model number on the remote and did a search.  I was able to print out the owners manual for it.  Now to see if I can get it to work.  I did find a video on the system that was installed in a Forest City RV, but all they did was tell what it would do.  They didn't show which buttons to select or anything.  Very poor.  In my opinion, too many of the videos are made assuming the owner/customer is actually going to understand everything they say.
