Hi Suzzi,

Those rings are being sold so I imagine they can be replaced.  CLICK HERE (https://www.ebay.com/itm/253386954135?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=253386954135&targetid=1071886495661&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9021506&poi=&campaignid=11614529174&mkgroupid=113528757256&rlsatarget=pla-1071886495661&abcId=9300457&merchantid=7899424&gclid=Cj0KCQjw6-SDBhCMARIsAGbI7Ug9uUjNdO5686wICHmwXLbYOgLx1bne6ILbyTj_furx6REXdbrhX4UaAhs0EALw_wcB) for one source that I quickly found.

CLICK HERE (https://www.fredwarner.net/product/marinco-afi-100el-30a-125v-easy-lock-sealing-ring/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6-SDBhCMARIsAGbI7UjWyuU7IeBlJTDBAyLk_BLZ7MMijDFZiLjhubCHU0PzTK7zqj1Bn-kaAn6hEALw_wcB) for one with the tabs for easy tightening and loosening like the original one.

I personally never replaced one so I don't know what is involved.

I'm guessing that you could gently soften the rubber on the end of the cord with a heat gun or hair dryer and slip the new threaded ring over it.
