Title: Floor mats
Post by: garmp on March 11, 2021, 12:16:48 pm
We have a 2020 2351D and have been looking at floor mats. Any one use the Weathertech ones (https://www.weathertech.com/ford/2020/econoline-e-series/floorliner-digitalfit/). They have a disclaimer about RV's & their seats, so I'm in question.

Being that the Ford floor van is flat, not recessed like a typical car, I felt the advantage of going with Weather-Tech didn't apply.

Many years ago I found new OEM Ford carpeted floor mats for our 2007 Ford interior color, sold very cheap on eBay.  I think I paid around $40 with shipping included.  I was worried about soilage, but we've had them for so many years, I am glad to have them.  They are very easy to remove and shake-&-hit clean.  They remain clean enough and are comfortable on my stocking feet when driving.

If interested, go on eBay and search "Ford E-Series OEM Floor Mats".  Maybe you will get lucky like I did and find the color that matches your Ford interior.

I put WeatherTech liners in my 2015 PC.  They are NOT carpet, they are "rubber" and work very well.  We are extremely happy with them.

These are the ones I bought for my 2019 2552, 2018 Ford Chassis.

If you want to protect the entire cab floor check out Lloyd’s one piece mats. The All Weather  Rubbertite mat works  well for us .The little pockets trap water and all kinds of grit and sand, but the tan color never looks dirty and compliments the interior.  Because Ford discontinued the  Econoline vans 2014 is the last year shown in the application tables, but that’s incorrect.

I’ve got weathertech in my cruiser, f150, and Prius. They work!

If anyone has purchased the one-piece RubberTite Car Mats for the whole cab floor, can you post a picture?  We have a 2013 2910T & are interested in getting a set, but since they're custom-made, they can't be returned if they don't fit.

Thanks,

We opted for the WeatherTech floor mats & they fit perfectly.  A much better floor mat solution than the carpeted ones that were in our coach.

We also have those Weather tech mats.  In between the seats we use a waterhog type porch mat which we've often pulled out on rainy days to use at the top of the steps as another place to leave wet shoes.  The carpet still looks good and it is dual purpose.  It's a win for me!
