Title: Propane/CO2 CCI Replacement

Recommendations appreciated for 2007 2551 - best replacement for CCI 7771 detector (2 wire).

I'm having trouble matching the CCI 7771 model with the correct Safe-T-Alert model.  I can only match the CCI 7770 and 7773 units.

In our PC2100 I replaced the original alarm with a Safe-T-Alert model 30-442-P.  If fit without any modification being required.  YMMV.  A separate Kiddie CO detector is installed at the recommended 5' height.

According to my search, if it is a propane only detector, then Safe-T-Alert model 30-442-p is a direct replacement for the 7771.

If you want to upgrade to a dual CO & Propane detector, the model 35-742 Safe-T-Alert is a direct replacement for the 7771
