Title: Awning deploying Very Crooked
Post by: custerhank on October 15, 2020, 11:57:08 am
I recently reported problem of awning deploying only a couple feet and then having to pull the arms out to get it to fully deploy. That problem still partly exists.

Now..when the awning decides it "will" deploy, the front arm dips way down and the back arm stays up. I can still roll up the arm but am very concerned about stress on the arms/unit etc. As I write this I am on the phone with Dometic who so far cannot find any record of this happening.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks,

Hank

Is the awning centered on the roller?
