I am currently repairing my 2005 PC. The rear cap took a hit and I was hoping somebody had some contact info for the company that makes these caps for Phoenix Cruiser. My preference is just to have a partial piece made because of shipping is way to expensive to ship the whole cap. Worst case I will repair what I have since I really have no other options.

If there was any way to work it out, I would get the rig to Phoenix and have them install a new rear wall. The paint shop they work with might be able to paint to match, or maybe it's time to consider a whole new paint job. If you don't like to carry your spare tire, you have the option of getting the version without that compartment.
The hourly rate for repairs has gone up with new ownership, but still reasonable considering you have the most skilled people who are most familiar with your PC, and so they work most efficiently to keep the cost down and the quality up. It is also an opportunity to have them address any other things that would benefit from their skill sets. Their slow season is fast approaching (October through December) so the timing is ideal. Call the factory and inquire. Share your picture with them. It looks straight forward.

I had damage to the rear, a lot less than you have. A guy at a Discount Tire shop backed it into about a 3' parking post. It cost about $1,500 for a local fiberglass shop to fix it. Yes... Discount Tire paid 100% of that no questions, in fact they immediately took full responsibility.
Anyway, my point being, it looks like it can be fixed fairly easily, probably twice what mine cost... Just to give you a ball park idea.

Fiberglass repair and painting is probably less expensive then replacing the entire back. You can't just buy a piece of the back. PC charges about $3000 to replace the back using all the old lights and pieces.
I have had it both done both ways.

Kurt is a pretty handy guy, and an accomplished DIY'er. He was just exploring the option that someone here might have knowledge of the fiberglass fabricator. We haven a couple boat fabricators that will spray parts of molds for repair sections.
Apparently one can buy the entire back panel, and its $1800. Not a bad price, really. PLUS SHIPPING :-[ ... which is 'the stopper' so to speak. It is not worth $1800 to just cut the piece he needs off and ship that to Montana. . He is more than capable of making the repair, its just a LOT easier when you have a section, especially with formed holes, etc.
I need to take my rear hatch off anyway, might not be too hard to spray some PVA on mine and splash a quick mold. (WH) I suggested trying LKQ to see if there MIGHT be a PC in their system... :)(: Here's hoping....

I wonder if it would be possible to have a corner piece 3D printed? They make all kinds of impossible to find parts for vintage cars.

Would be cool and maybe possible.......laser scan the area on an intact PC to get dimensions, then spec the printer to print the negative, or 'mold' for that piece. Then a bit of fiberglass layup, and voila! Patch! I bet if you had the proper MAKEr community near you it could be done.
Not sure what you could print the part from and bond well with polyester resin fiberglass... but they might have a filament for that.
