Title: Broken waste waste connection
Post by: Sparroweye on July 18, 2020, 12:58:45 pm: Backed into a rock and broke the fitting between the macerater pump and the waste water pipe. Found the
parts at Adventure RV only to find they are back ordered 6 weeks. This is putting a big dent in my
summer plans to say the least.

I am in dire need of these parts for Thetford Model #62-5800-6004 HB:
#70535 threaded bayonet w/gwbp
#70440 barbed elbow 14"npt x 1/2" barb
#70476 gasket kit
These are Thetford numbers

I can not find like parts anywhere on the net except Adventure RV and they are out.
Have searched the net to no avail.........
Does anyone have a solution to help me locate like parts?

Post by: donc13 on July 18, 2020, 03:55:06 pm: Also, according to their parts diagram, the part numbers you listed were for units made after March of 2011. If you have the original pump, it was made before then.

As suggested by donc 13, I went to pdxrv parts and found what I needed. I suggest you confirm the post and pre 3/11 part no. My 2011 3100 matched description wise (picture) with the post date.

Post by: Joseph on July 19, 2020, 12:13:55 pm: If you have the thetford part numbers many are available on Amazon. I recently purchased the female side of the macerator bayonet mount on (thetford 70405) amazon. It was right around 40 dollars.

Post by: 2 Lucky on July 19, 2020, 03:25:13 pm: I'm tempted to get a second back-up camera (a backup back-up camera?) mount it at the sewer plumbing and have a better chance of preventing a toxic waste disaster. Might be cheaper than the repairs....
