Ok, been asking a lot of questions last couple of weeks. Picked up my new to me 2552 last night. There will be a ton of questions but I have a ghost. This unit has a gps+ in the dash, but is not turned on. I’m driving from tx back to ga and at least 6 times, some woman’s voice is saying “warning”. Nothing traffic wise to justify a warning. What’s going on?

Unknown. Our 2013 2552 doesn't talk to us. We don't have the in dash GPS system. The Ford truck portion doesn't talk to us either but it might be worth a look in the Ford manual to see if you have something Audible in the dash set up. You don't list the year so it's hard to know if our units are comparable. I know Phoenix planned to start ordering the cut-aways with all the whistles and bells in the dash that Ford offered. Maybe one of those upgrades is an audible warning system.
Do you have the fancy backup camera system with side cameras? Maybe it talks of someone gets too close.

The warning could be for speed, sharp curves or steep hills, school zones, slower speed limits ahead or even for weather warnings. Depends on what features are built into the radio/GPS.
Did you get any manuals with the unit?

The operating manuals should be found online, google make and model number.

Check the closet. Your unit might be equipped with a former co-pilot!

Ok, just did get home, 1088 miles from Austin TX to n ga. Pushed a few buttons on the gps portion and thought it had turned every thing off, but still talking. No fun reading the manual, but about to get them out, hope they are in the case.
