We broke the screen door latch on our 2018 2552. Does anyone know the Southco Latch (female side) part # for the screen door?. Phoenix seems to be to busy to return my calls.

I hate to see these reports which seem more frequent by the month that Phoenix doesn't respond to calls or email on a simple question like a door latch. I don't consider it an excuse to have to have the direct line to a specific person or a direct email to that person. I sure hope these "new" (no more) owners get their systems worked out. I am sure we were spoiled by the original owners for many years.

I called and left a message with the service department 3 times in September and never got a call back. I ended up bringing my PC to CI for warranty work and it took them another month to get approval from the factory. Did I make a mistake purchasing a PC.

I found one on Amazon for our 2017 2910T. It included an incorrect jam hook but the latch works fine, even better than original as it was hard to close and open. Must have been a 10 lb pull. Southco Inc C3-305 Snap-In Grabber Catch .043 to .114 Panel Thickness, 5 Lbs. Pull Force

Fortunately I have not needed much in the way of spare or replacement parts but have found that when calling Carol I have received knowledgeable help and reasonably prompt shipping. As Keelhauler stated call Carol early. I think she comes in to work very early and leaves early. I have typically been able to catch her around 6:00 AM. I ordered a replacement wheel cover a couple weeks ago and spoke with her then. I have also found their pricing is reasonable and has always been the right part.

We have also found PC to be very responsive. Our latch broke about a month ago. We called the main number, asked for Carol, got her voice mail, and left a message. She actually was off for a couple of days but called back when she returned and sent us the part.

No other company has a parts department Person who is so knowledgeable and responsive as Carol Sims.
She knows most of parts and if they have them in stock she will get them to you in a timely manner.

I agree that Carol Sims is the person for parts and "existing owner" option & feature purchases.
