Title: Ford E-Series Owners Manuals Are Available On-Line For Free In PDF

Just go HERE (https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals/default.asp) and fill in the fields.  A window will come up with the manual on-line in PDF format.  I was able to view it page by page on-line and also save the PDF document on my computer.  It is just over 2.6 meg.
