Title: Best laid plans
Post by: billy on February 01, 2011, 08:03:40 pm
We have arrived at our location to pick up our new 3100. This is where Stuart and I agreed. Unfortunately it is in Oklahoma City and tonight it’s going to get cold, -4. A good thing, the electric is still on and we have lots of propane. We have a 50-amp service. Three electric heaters, one brick (propane) heater and the floor furnace are on. So far so good.

What a neat way to Christen your new rig.
Stay warm and remember us up here with snow-covered PCs that envy you.

God bless.

Bill,

Are you in the new rig or are you waiting for it to arrive?  Let us know when you head back west, Chris and I are now in Phoenix area for a while, maybe we can meet and check out the new 3100.

Bob

We are still in the old rig. Monday Kermit was to send the rig, but Okla. City had a cold spell. The driver ended up going to Florida. We will be here till Monday, Maybe? If we get the rig and IF we can get out. I know a lot of you are in cold country and brave this kind of stuff all the time. We have never been in a blizzard so now I guess you can welcome us aboard. Bob, we will head back I 40 to Albuquerque, for a couple days the most likely toward Phoenix.
