Title: Fantastic Service

Last Thursday in Pennsylvania my automatic step motor failed.  I called Keith and and set up an appointment for 0900 today.  I arrived at 0900 and was out the door by 1000.  Doug and his team also fixed one of the over-bunk, long LED lights, changed the generator oil and replaced a couple of cabinet hinges due to missing bottom hinge pins.  I'm always impressed with their quality of workmanship and the excellent aftermarket service.  Atta Boy Phoenix!!!!!!

Glad to hear that,  tswhitewater,  we haven't had ours in to the factory in a couple years, when we had a similar experience.      2o2

I also had a good experience this past May.  I also had a very pleasant visit from the owners.
