Title: Shower question
Post by: billy on January 01, 2011, 02:11:38 pm
We were looking at a winni and a monaco, the floor plan seems a bit spongy? How the cruiser and how do the drain. We had standing water in ours until I got my arm under the show, via a very small door, did some propping a and support. Also how well is the screen door? We are due to meet Bob in Quartzsite and will have the opportunity to see a 2551. thanks, billy

Our shower drains just fine as long as I park with the drain side down or level.
The screen door is great. I wonder why all the motorhomes don't come with this sliding screen door.  2o2

The shower drains good, never a problem.  The screen door is terrific.  Rolls back into the side.  I had a Winnie with a regular screen door.  Phoenix is much nicer.

Hi Bill,

The shower pan on our 2010 2551 feels firm even under my 225 pounds, plus I fit comfortably at 6 feet tall, it drains fine.  We love the screen door, works great.

See you in Quartzite, we are still planning to arrive Jan 23 or 24.  Will call you when we get there.

Bob
