Title: Rear Equipment Compartment

In the compartment where you store your electrical cord, has anyone found water in the compartment?  Twice I have found a lot of water and so far have not been able to locate a leak.  Rather difficult now as it appears to be when the snow melts and finds a way into the compartment. I have not taken the spare tire off to check, but that is my next area to look in.

Be sure to inspect the compartment door gasket.  If it is deformed in some fashion, that could be the source of the leak.  Also check to be sure the door is not warped.  If it bulges outward, it won't seal well.

I do seem to recall a drain hole in there somewhere.  Be sure the hole is not plugged or covered over.  It's not a fix, but at least water won't puddle up so bad.

Ron,
   I checked all the obvious, gasket and enlarged the drain hole, but the water appears to be starting closer to the spare tire side.  Will let all know when I figure it out.
