Title: Production Line Pictures
Post by: jam4travel on June 24, 2018, 11:45:56 pm
Will Phoenix Cruiser take the time to send pictures of an out of state customer's coach as it is being built?

They have in the past.  They did for mine and others that I know of.  However, you should ask the office there to be sure they still do that.  The sales force is all new so I'm not sure what all has changed or not.

They don't take any pictures unless you contact sales and ask them if they would do it for you.

When we toured the factory last week, I noticed a camera mounted on the rear view mirror on one of the RVs being built.  I asked what it was and was informed Phoenix is prototyping a new system that allows buyers to monitor the build of their RVs from the web.  I thought that was a great idea!  They say it is not ready yet as they are still working out the kinks.  I sure hope it is ready and available when my RV starts on its journey through the factory!

That would be very cool.  Something similar was discussed with the new owners at the rally last September.  Great that they took the idea and ran with it.

Yes - I asked for pictures and received 3 or 4 during the build up process and then later got 3 - 4 after paint. Just ask Barry (Sales Mgr). :)
