Title: Aimee Roberts

Does anyone know how to contact Aimee Roberts? I have sent her emails on her phoenix cruiser email address and she has not responded. Don't know if she is still involved in PC Forum. She was the "go to" person who advertised used cruisers on the forum. I have a 2014 model 2351 for sale and wish to advertise.

Aimee was the web mistress here for many years but I do not think she is involved with the web site any longer though I might be wrong on that.

Try sending a PM to https://forum.phoenixusarv.com/index.php?action=profile;u=3531 that seems to be the new web person

Thanks. I think I sent a message to the appropriate person!

I hope it yields better results than my efforts did to contact anyone at the Elkhart location. NO ONE answers their phones. I thought about trading in for a new PC but question the customer service.

That has not been my experience.  Anytime I've called they pick up right away.  Perhaps you should try again, are you sure you have the sales number?  Use this number: 877-754-8535.  Or email sales: sales@phoenixusarv.com

I have used the above number with success.  I go straight to the receptionist who is courteous and helpful.
