Title: inverter

On shore power our inverter is showing red and dashes.......it should be green...right???? and half :help :help :help our power is on in the RV....it is a 2551 2010......help.....

Thanks for any suggestions.....

This is exactly the same problem we had with our inverter on our 2010 2350. Unfortunately, it happened as we started our 8,000 mile road trip.

Yes, the status light should be green. Instead of the dashes, it should show battery voltage.

We called Xantrex and they told us we had a bad unit and we should send it back and they would replace it. However, we were in the Canadian Maritimes and that was not an option so we were without the inverter for 2 monthes. Pain in the _____!

We brought the Coach back to Elkhart and they replaced the inverter for us.

Gene had the same problem just  prior to us. So it seems that PC got some bad inverters.

Thanks!!! We are on a trip....3000 in all....will try to swing by Elkhart on the way home
