I would like to get feedback from Phoenix Cruiser Owner's who had custom work done on their coach when it was built at the factory.
Was all the custom work done as requested (via change orders and/or build list)?
If no, was a lot of the custom work overlooked on the production line?
What is your recommendation to assure custom work gets done as requested?
Thank You in Advance!!

Make your you make at least three copies of all the change requests. 1 for Sales, 1 rides in RV while they are building it. Get someone to put it there. When you take delivery, make sure all is done, if not they usually can do while you are waiting and taking delivery. 1 for you to keep.
I had lots of changes, they forgot one easy thing and finished installing while I was there.

Took delivery one week ago, everything we asked for (a long list) was installed with no issues. We are still in Elkhart and after a week have only found two issues 1. They forgot to install the fire extinguisher and 2. the refrigerator door needed a minor adjustment. I am very impressed with their workmanship, quality and customer service.

Mine seems to have been an exception with lots of build items not done correctly. I believe it was not communicated from sales as it should have. Turned in to a real mess. Staff has changed though since then. Hopefully you get paperwork on time now. Also - not sure how it stands at this point about being able to request pictures as it goes thru the line. That can help catch issues.
