Today we are taking delivery of our 2552, one day later than planned because PC’s careful inspection found a scratch on the driver’s window last Thursday. New window was installed Friday and tinted yesterday. It’s clear from yesterday’s visit that the staff is working hard to meet customer needs and wants. I’d advise patience with response time from the small staff of front office folks. We were told yesterday that Earl is coming in today to do our walkthrough. More info tonight.

That's awesome that Earl is returning for your walk through!
Q: Will your walk through be conducted on the factory floor, or will it be outdoors? Just curious, I'm trying to figure out which camera to bring when Madonna and I take delivery in a few weeks! Thanks a lot - and good luck!

I hope your delivery went well!
I'm curious: how many days before your delivery day did you get the call to plan your trip to PC? Madonna and I are waiting for that call ... Thx a lot!

Very impressed with all of the employees (Keith Kinder, Bob Butler, Dave Ponsler) involved in our 2552 delivery today. The walk through was conducted on the shop floor in an extremely thorough and professional manner. So far, we have not not found a single issue. The unit is gorgeous and the quality is second to none. We will get a good test tonight as the temperature is supposed to be down around 25. Since it's sooooo cold up here, Dave Ponsler let us move our pickup onto the shop floor for a couple of hours to load the camper. To answer the question regarding delivery notification - we were told by Dave 2 weeks ago to expect delivery on the 16th. During their final quality inspection, Phoenix found an issue involving a scratched window that took an extra day to fix. Overall, we couldn't be happier!!!!!!

Just a short update on our 2552 delivery. I don't want to jinx the delivery, but so far we have not found a single issue. Worked on the unit all day today, packing and testing all of the systems. Last night's temperature was in the low 20's, I set the furnace at 60 degrees and used the tank heaters - no problems. It's raining today and it's supposed to warm up later this week, thank goodness!!!

It is good to hear good news. As you become more familiar with your rig you will relax a little and love it even more. Congratulations on your new rig, I like the model and colors you have chosen. Have a safe trip home.

That is very good news. Hopefully means that PC has taken to heart the need for a better final check.
Congrats on the new coach and safe travels.

Wishing you and Mad Donna the best of RV travels.

I'm parked next to a couple who purchased a NEXUS Wraith super class C (base price $195k) two weeks ago. In a conversation this morning, he told me he has spent the last 10 days, getting electrical, plumbing and trim issues fixed. He was headed back to the factory again today. obviously very frustrated and disappointed - I didn't have the heart to tell him he should have purchased a Phoenix Cruiser.

I considered looking at Nexus. Even contacted Buddy Greg in Knoxville, TN. I was surprised that the plant was next door to Phoenix USA. Never did go look. I really like the simplicity of the PC systems.
