Traveling west in New Mexico on I -40 ; we saw an eastbound PC around Tucumcari. Only got a quick peek. Then further west in the area where there was snow along the road, came a 29 or 31 PC towing a dune buggy. Hardy people

We are lucky to see one other PC when we travel out west for 2 to 4 weeks at a time.  Strange that we seen the exact same PC in Zion NP, 9 years apart.  The rare time we see one, it is most often coming at us from the opposite direction on an interstate highway.
