Title: Fresh water capacity

Does the fresh water capacity listed by PC include the 6 gal. of unusable water in the hot water heater?

The hot water heater is included in the PC weight sticker inside the motor home, but the fresh water capacity specifications in their brochure and website does not include it.  For example model 2552 HERE (http://www.phoenixusarv.com/2552.html) says it holds 45 gallons of fresh water.  That does not consider the hot water tank.

I have found that six gallons of HOT water very usable...  roflol  Showering would be very different without it!
