Title: Macerator pump

On my new 2018 pc 2100, tried to turn macerate pump on after opening valve and...nothing.  No sound like it's jammed or some other glitch...just nothing.  Tried to locate fuse under fridge but couldn't seem to locate that particular one....anyone have any idea what I am experiencing?

First thing to do is to take off shield to get at screw slot. Make sure it turns both ways. Try again.
A small thing can jam and it will not make a noise. Turning usually frees it up.

It uses a circuit breaker, no fuse

Thank you, I'll give that a try and hope it's something simple...it has worked fine up to now.

Yep, keelhauler has the right advise.

Make sure to put only #1, #2, and toilet paper down the toilet.  No feminine napkins or other items because they will jam the macerator but good.  You don't want to be cleaning it out by hand.  A guest/visitor might not understand the reason for the rules.  Make sure they understand and follow them.  Also provide them a friendly-use garbage can in the bathroom.

Update...turns out the pump froze.....literally!  Had a flash freeze in Nor Cal and wasn't aware this could happen.  Live and learn.  Thanks to all who responded.

Funseekers,  glad it was something easy and hopefully no  damage done.      When I winterize, here in Michigan,  I allow some of the antifreeze that I put into the tanks to go to the pump
by opening the black or gray dump valve briefly.
