Title: Posting attachment

Trying to post with attachment. Attachment size is 101kb. Get error message "max size is 240kb" Last I knew 101 is less than 240, what am I doing wrong?

The only thing I can think of is the format of the attachment might not be acceptable. determine and see if it will work. I had to redo more than once. It may be the mood the receiving system is in. Good luck. Patricia
