Our new as of 3/2017 2100 had the LPG gauge go out on our first real trip of any length to southern Florida. Talked to Kermit and he told me of the possible causes. Step one, sent me a new gauge to go on the tank with a sending unit. He then explained the other steps required if that did not remedy the situation. I received the gauge and sized up the situation and surmised it was was above my expertise level for effective results. Found a RV repair facility in my city and took it to them. They replaced the gauge and then found a faulty ground wire to be the problem. I paid the invoice and sent it to Phoenix. Today I received a check for the total amount!!!
What a company! What a product! AND what service.
If we ever get another unit it WILL be a PC!!!!
